They will typically give you a ‘copy test’ and will access your level of creativity based on how you perform. Google ‘copy test’ to see what comes up.
A copy test will typically have questions like:
1. how do you sell a refrigerator to an eskimo?
2. How do you sell sand to someone that lives in a desert?
3. Create an ad concept for XYZ deo or ABC car
4. Why should we hire you
Work hard at this and create a copy book/portfolio for yourself – this will come in handy when you talk to people or interview with them. Let your resume reflect your creativity as well.
