There is not just one place to apply.
First you need a blog. I would suggest that you go to
http://www.blogger.com
and sign up for a free account. They will give you a free blog. You can practice on this.
However, once you understand blogging a little, it is best to get a paid web host and host your blog there. It only costs a small amount per month, plus a small amount per year for the domain name. A good host is DreamHost.com.
There are a lot of ways to make money from your blog. The first thing to do is to blog about something you enjoy, so that blogging will be easy for you.
Then, one way to earn money is to sign up for Google AdSense and display their ads on your blog. You will get paid when people click on these ads (but don’t click the ads on your own blog!).
You can also sign up for affiliate programs. These work like this: you find a product you like that relates to your blog, that has an affiliate program. You put a link to it on your blog. They track the people who click that link, and if someone buys the product, you will earn a commission. (Note – you have to sign up to the affiliate program and use the special link they give you, to get credit for the sale.)
You can also create your own products and sell them on your blog. For example, ebooks are easy to create, and easy to sell because you don’t have to mail anything.
