that is so true (in my experience) – you have to find the fine balance…i am a manager in manufacturing and i have found when you have a group of strong technical performers mixed with a group of social performers the results are great…they do complement each other…but the balance is fine lol..too many jokers and it’s shite….too many techs and you have a geek party.
